  • What is the listing process?

    At SARAO we have key processes to carry out the quotation for your event, this begins with an approach by the client, it can be via call, WhatsApp, email, even in person, we take care of listening to the needs and elements requested by Once the client has these elements, he initiates the internal quotation and with our allied suppliers. If we do not find something of what they are requesting, we venture to search the WEB, social networks, and recommendations, verifying reviews, veracity and trajectory of the providers.

  • What is the estimated response time for a quote?

    • If what the clients need is in our warehouses, the quote can be ready in 24 to 48 hours.

    • If it has to be built in the Sarao workshop, a time of 72 hours will be given.

    • If you have to quote and build with other suppliers, it can take up to 5 business days


    It is important to mention that these times are not static, they can change according to circumstances and clients.

  • What kind of materials do you use to carry out the production of my event?

    At SARAO we provide quality and confidence, for this reason our materials are of the highest quality, we take great care of this aspect since many clients locate us or have a reference to us for the great works that have been carried out, giving an example of them we can mention: Wood, MDF, Trovicel, PVC, Vinyl.

  • Does SARAO produce the event or do they have suppliers that carry out the event?

    SARAO is a producer of experiences, which together with other providers creates a unique event. We rely a lot on what we have in the warehouse and likewise in our workshop with our production people.  

  • How could you carry out my project if I need it for a certain number of people?

    We can hold all kinds of events, there is no minimum or maximum number of people. We have the experience to carry out world-class events based on the number of people, the stage production and the elements that can be offered are valued.

  • How will you deliver the items I require for my event?

    With the same quality that is given when offering the elements, on time and in an established manner, without a doubt, great care is taken with the transportation, assembly and disassembly details so that our clients have everything of the highest quality. We take care of the logistics necessary to hold the event.

  • What Staff will be present at the event?

    Before the event comes to life, the sarao staff is at the facilities producing everything necessary to carry it out, the sales agent is aware of all the production and likewise the development of the entire event, likewise when The event demands it, we have external staff, all with the purpose of meeting the expectations of our clients.
